In an exceptional showing, this year’s Wall Street class achieved a 98.59% pass rate across the major qualification exams. The results reflect the second highest pass rates in our records for analyst and associate summer training.
Knopman Marks helped more than 11,658 candidates pass FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) exams this summer. Pass rates among more than 4,245 institutional trainees on the leading exams were as follows:

Our blended learning approach continues to be a leading factor driving our pass rates. We are always exploring innovations in learning to help our students succeed, and the blend puts every candidate in the best position to achieve readiness and pass their exam.
The blended approach invites students to independently watch pre-recorded video lectures, and then join live-streaming check-ins with their instructors and fellow students.
What Our Students Are Saying
Students surveyed about their blended learning experience had high praise.
- Greater Personalization. 9 out of 10 summer students prefer the blended approach over other training models. They praised the personalization the blend allows, with a live virtual component, as well as the ability to self-pace. “The blend’s live streams at the beginning, middle, and end of each day made me feel constantly supported,” noted one student. “The self-pacing aspect of the blend allowed me to focus on my weaker areas,” said another student.
- Greater Access. Students appreciate the ability to have 1:1 discussions during daytime hours, with time to pivot. Everyone knows what it’s like to have students lined up during a coffee break to ask questions during a traditional class. No one is sorry to see this go, least of all the candidates who were missing out on those coffee breaks.
- Students gave instructors a 4.93 out of 5 enthusiasm rating.
Incorporating Study Essentials
The blended approach allows candidates to attend our new Study Essentials sessions, which improve the efficiency of their study process. Our Study Essentials content, offered this year for the first time, has been extremely well received by our students.
Coaching Calls
We continue to mine our data for the most effective ways to help candidates achieve readiness to pass their exams. Coaching calls in the days prior to exams, scheduled through outreach by Knopman Marks faculty to at-risk students, have had a positive impact.
.
Our blended learning approach, our new Study Essentials content, and our coaching calls reflect our commitment to continuously raise the bar to deliver the best training possible and drive the highest pass rates.
