Series 50 Municipal Advisors Exam: Study Materials Available

In anticipation of the Series 50 Pilot Examination for Municipal Advisors, we are happy to announce the release of our Series 50 training materials. The materials were prepared in consultation with subject matter experts who have over 100 years of combined experience in municipal finance, trading, and analysis.
The Knopman Marks Series 50 Pilot Exam basic package includes a textbook and 8 practice examinations. On-Demand lectures and live classes will be available beginning in 2016.

Information about the Series 50 exam
The pilot Series 50 Examination will be available for a 30-day period from January 15, 2016 through February 15, 2016.
The Series 50 Pilot Exam will consist of 120 questions administered over 4 hours. Candidates will be notified by mail approximately three months after taking the exam indicating whether they have passed or failed. Individuals who pass the Series 50 Pilot Exam will be qualified as a municipal advisor representative and will not be required to take the permanent Series 50 exam, which is expected to be released in mid-2016. The results from the pilot examination will be used to determine the passing score for the permanent Series 50 Exam, which will consist of 100 questions administered over 3 hours.

He also delivers executive one-on-one training and shares his passion for learning outside of work as a ski instructor and yoga teacher. Dave graduated magna cum laude from Fordham Law School, and cum laude with a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
