We’re hiring a Junior Faculty member to help prepare candidates for their securities licensing exams. We have a development structure in place to support new instructors so that they’re prepared to teach. You bring the desire to help students learn; we supply the training to get you there. The training includes working closely with our Head of Faculty and receiving coaching from senior faculty to master content. We invest in our instructors and help them build skills and confidence so they can be successful.

The Junior Faculty Role

The Junior Faculty member will be responsible for conducting training programs for securities industry professionals in preparation for licensing examinations.

The ideal candidate will be a team player who anticipates issues before they arise, liaises with internal team and external clients, possesses strong communication and organizational skills, is flexible as well as detail oriented, and works well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver FINRA licensing training to securities industry professionals.
  • Support KM students with coaching on content and study strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with students to create a nurturing learning environment.
  • Work alongside the Head of Product Development to improve course content and student experience.
  • Be a subject matter expertise on the relevant courses being taught.

Job Requirements

To be considered for the position, a bachelor’s degree as well as proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel are required. You should have strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong time management, presentation, and organizational skills. We seek candidates who are flexible and can adapt to different communication styles and personalities. You must be reliable and punctual in work attendance. Experience with online meeting and video conferences is a plus. Knowledge of financial services is preferred but not a requirement.
